The Navigators Tanzania exists to know Christ, make Him known, and help others do the same. We do this through an effective 3E Ministry (Evangelism, Establishing and Equipping)

1. We evangelise the lost to have healthy new borns in God's family, through the pure message of Gospel, "Repent and believe in the Son of God for the forgiveness of your sins and the salvation of your soul".
2. We establish new converts and young believers in their faith in Christ through a discipleship relationship, teaching and modelling obedience to Jesus through a life on life relationship, that we may present everyone mature in Christ.
3. We equip matured believers for the work of ministry, for building up the Body of Christ through various training programs.
